Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Amulya Electronics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Cancellation requests received before dispatch may be considered at our discretion.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
